Sarajevo City Center is comprised of four separate but at the same time complementary parts: a modern five-star hotel, commercial and office space, shopping center with entertainment complex and an underground parking garage to accommodate for the entire Center.

The partnership group Al Shiddi Trading Establishment from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Al Shiddi International from Sarajevo, bought Magros and started the construction of the Sarajevo City Center, a new landmark of the city. Having immense respect for this country and its capital, Al Shiddi Group decided to include the word ‘Sarajevo’ in the center’s name. In this way, citizens were assured that this new landmark is a present that is being built just for them.

Shopping Mall is spread on over 49 000 square meters. Around 80 shops offer worldwide known brands in fashion, sports and technology for a unique shopping experience.

Adjacent to the office premises is a hotel tower. The highest-class Hotel has a capacity of more than 220 rooms and presidential suites exclusively designed in accordance with the highest standards, spread on 13.900 sq. m. of a total constructed area. Hotel management is entrusted to the world-known international Hotel chain.

The SCC Media façade, used for broadcasting advertising, the news, latest in sport, weather forecast, winning games, two-way communication, is the largest in the country and one of the largest video billboards in Europe.
